Practical Information

Diet and Nutrition

Our chef will create a healthy and balanced meal plan specially designed for each of the 4 daily meals, taking into account the needs of each child and all the activity that they will be carrying out each day.

The children will always have fruit, biscuits, milk and other basic food stuffs to snack on between meals if they so require. Our instructors will always make sure each child has a quality and varied diet, rich in fruit, vegetables and dairy products.

Any specific need the children may have with regard to their diet will be closely monitored by the organisation.

Students must bring with them the original and a copy of their Social Security card in order to access health care, and their private health care card if they have one, as well as their National Identification Document. Foreign nationals should bring their European Health Insurance Card and their National Identification Document/Passport. If any special medical treatment is required please let us know, and this will be carried out under close monitoring. Foreign nationals must have travel insurance.
